At Aastrazen Worksuite ERP, we deliver business management software as a digital service. This means there is no physical shipping involved. Instead, access to our platform and services is provided electronically.


1. Digital Product Delivery

  • Once your subscription is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

    • Login credentials and account activation details via email.

    • Access to the Aastrazen Worksuite ERP dashboard.

  • Delivery is instant in most cases. In rare scenarios, account activation may take up to 24–48 hours.


2. Service Availability

  • The ERP system is hosted on secure cloud servers, ensuring 24/7 access (except during scheduled maintenance).

  • You can access your account anytime from anywhere via a supported web browser or mobile device.


3. Customization & Setup Services

  • If you have opted for customization, implementation, or onboarding services, our support team will coordinate timelines with you.

  • The delivery time for these services depends on project scope and will be communicated in advance.


4. No Physical Shipping

  • As a software-based service, no physical products, disks, or printed materials are shipped.

  • All communication, invoices, and product details are delivered digitally.


5. Delays in Delivery

  • In case of technical issues or delays in account activation, our support team will notify you immediately.

  • If you do not receive your login/access details within 24 hours of payment, please contact us.
